The project is based, on the one hand, on the cohabitation of two fields of knowledge and, on the other, on two buildings - the residence, the new building and a garden/park - that will be almost 100 years apart. The architectural and museographic project weaves together these two paradigms and these two places. The configuration of the space, its inhabited atmosphere, its exploration, give the feeling of not being within the constraints of a museum. It's a magical place, to be discovered as you wander between the patio and the successive rooms hosting temporary exhibitions. The museum becomes a place where both disciplines are presented as “knowledge”, but where the positioning changes, where knowledge is questioned. Here, we question the deeper meaning of our knowledge. It's the place where we embrace our world in a single glance, millions of years of nature and knowledge, cultures accumulated on the given territory of Morocco.
